If you have an Error
They happen sometimes and we have notification systems in place to let us know every time there is a problem with the website so we can quickly address it. If you see something let us know so we can follow up with you and make sure you are taken care of.
When Something is Confusing
We all come from different places and have different experiences to draw from so something might make sense to some but not others. We want to hear what isn't clear for you so we can update the application to do a better job of communicating and guiding what needs to be done so it can become a more efficient tool for all users.
When You have an Idea!
Oh boy! What is it?! This is a great place to let us know when you have ideas that would make things easier for you. Maybe it's something else you'd like to track, maybe it's something entirely new. We love hearing new ideas!
We can't make any promises for new features and before they are added the change/feature has to work and make sense for everybody... but don't let that stop you from sharing your thoughts. We do our best to make a useful tool for real estate investors and landlords.
